So close but so far
Even after the border has been opened, trips abroad will remain unusually difficult this summer! Nothing promotes creativity more than limits, even when going on vacation. Ten authors and one photographer have proven it and rediscovered Switzerland.

 BLACK LIVES MATTER
On Whit Monday 1.06.2020, around 1000 people took part in a demonstration against racism in Zurich. They protested black police violence and raised signs with “Black Lives Matter” or “Silence is Violence”. The background to these protests spreading from the United States to Europe is the death of African American George Floyd, who was killed by
a brutal police operation in Minneapolis

Shutdown
Since the start of the crisis, I started to photograph the isolation at home, as well as the thought-provoking impressions on my daily walks through the city. I see it as an experiment in which I see how the world around me, but also within me, will change. It is visual diary of my experiences and observations, which I experienced in the time of the corona pandemic.

Friday for Future
Frieday for future is a global movement that began in August 2018, when 15-year-old Greta Thunberg and other young activists began a school strike for climate. Every school day for three weeks, she sat outside the Swedish Parliament, demanding urgent action on the climate crisis. On the 8th of September, Greta decided to continue striking every Friday -
and so the movement started.
